8 Minute Meals was founded in Tucson, AZ in November 2025 for the purposes of combining the provision of food and social enrichment of the unhoused population. Our mission is to alleviate food insecurity and social isolation by sharing meals and creating genuine human connection with individuals experiencing homelessness.
